专利说明:

Description: The invention relates to an elevator, in particular a passenger and / or goods elevator, with a cable pull for lifting and lowering an elevator car and a counterweight connected to it, this cable pull using a drive roller which is preferably rotatably connected on the upper side to a motor and by at least a pulley of a support roller arrangement held on the counterweight is guided, the axis of rotation of the at least one pulley being oriented approximately at right angles to the axis of rotation of the drive roller.
Elevators of this type are usually housed in an elevator shaft of a building, which for reasons of space have the smallest possible cross-section and should also be built to save space in height. For this reason, the support roller arrangement for the counterweight is aligned as a measure by approx. 90 ° to the drive roller: of the motor, in order to reduce the shaft width.
In the known elevators of this type, but the counterweight mostly moves along a vertical plane, which is predetermined by the vertical, outgoing from the drive roller rope, which has the result that the idler assembly on the back by about half the drive roller width above is, which means that the required shaft width must be dimensioned larger by about this amount. Further disadvantages also exist due to the narrow space available for the guide rails of the counterweight and for the cabin doors.
The invention has for its object to avoid these disadvantages and to create an elevator of the type mentioned, which can be installed in a shaft with a reduced cross-section or reduced height with structurally simple means, but without reducing the cabin size got to.
This object is achieved in that the at least one pulley of the support roller assembly on the counterweight is pivotable about a pivot axis which is approximately parallel to the axis of rotation of the drive roller.
As a result, the counterweight can be guided along an inwardly laid plane because its support roller arrangement can be adjusted automatically by the pivotability: its rope rollers depending on the position of the counterweight in the shaft. This leaves the space behind the counterweight free and there is no loss of space in terms of the available shaft width. The invention thus enables a very compact construction and a symmetrical door arrangement in the elevator car, which among other things. manufacturing and assembly-related advantages. The 9O ° rotation between the rope pulleys of the support pulley arrangement of the counterweight and the drive pulley remains unchanged.
This space advantage makes it possible to install the elevator in relatively narrow shafts. And a symmetrical door arrangement is also possible.
It is also advantageous in terms of the desired space saving if the pivot axis of the support roller arrangement is arranged on the central plane of the counterweight between the guide rails of the same in the case of a usually plate-shaped counterweight.
In order not to burden the guide rails of the counterweight excessively, it is expedient to minimize the pivoting angle of the support roller arrangement in the upper end position of the counterweight.
It is also advantageous for static reasons if the pivot axis of the support roller arrangement is arranged in the center plane of the counterweight.
The invention further provides that the support roller assembly is composed of two rope pulleys rotatable in parallel in a housing, the housing being pivotable on the underside about a pivot axis mounted on the counterweight. As a result, the cable pull is stressed more evenly over a longer section than with a single pulley. In addition, the counterweight is better guided by the cable. In this sense, it is expedient to design the cable pull in such a way that it is composed of several individual cables running side by side.
The invention also provides that the individual cables of the cable are attached to both cable ends at spring packages placed directly below the motor or arranged one above the other in the elevator shaft. In this way, the rope tension of the individual ropes can be compensated without the elevator shaft having to take up a notably larger space.
The invention and further advantages thereof are explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing. It shows:
1 shows a perspective side view of the guidance of the counterweight in an upper and a lower position and of the motor arranged on the top of an elevator according to the invention;
FIG. 2 is a perspective enlarged rear view of the guide of the counterweight and the motor according to FIG. 1;

3 shows the upper area of the elevator in the shaft according to FIG. 1 in section;
4 shows a section of the elevator in the shaft along the line IV-IV according to FIG. 3;
5 shows a perspective view of a support roller arrangement of the elevator according to FIG. 1; and
6 is a rear perspective view of the support roller assembly of FIG .. 5
Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 show an elevator that can be installed in a shaft 1 with a substantially square cross-section and a person and / or goods-receiving cabin 2, a cable 3 driven by a drive roller 5 of a motor 11 for Raising and lowering the cabin 2 and a counterweight 4 connected to it via the cable pull. The cable pull 3 is guided around two cable pulleys 21a, 2.1.b of a support roller arrangement 6 arranged parallel to one another on the counterweight 4 of the cabin. The cabin 2 and the counterweight 4 can be driven along along guide rails 7 and 8 fastened laterally in the shaft 1 by means of base elements 7 '. The latter are components of a support frame 9 with an upper support bracket 10 on which the motor 11 with the drive roller 5 is mounted.
The counterweight 4 is plate-shaped and has a flat cross section, the axis of rotation 12 of the drive roller 5 of the motor 11 approximately on the central plane of the counterweight 4, while the axes of rotation 13 of the pulleys 21a, 21b of the support roller arrangement 6 by approximately 90 ° are aligned with the axis of rotation 12 of the drive roller so that the required clear shaft width can be reduced.
3, the cable 3 is starting from the motor-side cable end 14 down to the pulleys 21a, 21b of the support roller assembly 6 above the counterweight 4 and up again to the drive roller 5 of the motor 11 and consequently to the castors arranged on the underside of the elevator car 2 15 again led up to the other end 16 of the cable. The latter is attached opposite the motor 11 on the other side of the cabin at the upper end of the shaft 1. Both the counterweight 4 and the cabin 2 are shown in the upper end position. In the effectively installed state, however, the cabin 2 is in the lower end position when the counterweight is at the top.
The cable 3 consists of several juxtaposed individual cables 3 which are not illustrated in more detail, which are attached to the cable ends 14, 16 on spring assemblies: 18 and 19, respectively, these being placed on the cable end 14 directly below the motor 11, while they are installed one above the other at the cable end 16 in the shaft 1. As a result, the free space there can be optimally used. The spring assemblies 19 are included; not in a row, but, for example, in the case of a total of nine individual parts 3 ', five of those in a lower row and four in an upper row, viewed horizontally, are arranged at approximately the same height, but offset somewhat inwards.
The individual cables 3 'of the cable 3 at the cable end 14 at the trestle 10 of the motor 11 are fastened to a pivotable holder 17 which comprises a holding element 26 fixed to the trestle 10 and a profile 28 which is pivotally mounted in this about an axis 20. This enables pivoting of one end of the cable 3 about the axis 29 parallel to the axis of rotation 12 of the drive roller 5. In the profile 28, the individual cables 3 'of the cable 3 are releasably attached at the ends.
5 and 6 show the support roller arrangement 6 which can be fastened on the upper side of the counterweight 4 and which according to the invention consists of a housing 20 with the two rotatable cable rollers 21a, 21b and a pivot axis 22 which supports the housing 20 in an articulated manner. This allows the rope pulleys to adjust themselves depending on the position of the counterweight 4. When the counterweight is in the upper end position of the shaft 1, the swivel angle α of the rope pulleys 21a, 21b of the support roller arrangement 6 is opposite to the direction of movement of the; Counterweight as shown in Fig.
is removable, maximally deflected.
The arrangement according to the invention also entails that certain rail forces are effective on the counterweight. In order not to overload these parts excessively, in practice it is expedient if the swivel angle q of the support roller arrangement 6 in this upper end position of the counterweight 4 is limited to a certain value, for example approximately 8 °, and the swivel axis 22 by a small one Amount from the central plane, the drive roller 5 is offset to the outside.
Very advantageously, this pivot axis 22 extends at right angles to the axes of rotation 13 of the pulleys 21a, 21b and parallel to the axis of rotation 12 of the drive roller 5 and approximately on the central plane of the counterweight 4. Due to the pivotability of the idler assembly 6, the counterweight 4 can be compared to the known Solutions are led in the direction of the cabin in an inwardly offset path.
The rope pulleys 21a, 21b are of identical design, and their profile has a number of annular grooves 21 'for a single rope of the cable 3. Depending on the construction, the pivot axis 22 can be arranged somewhat offset to the center plane of the counterweight 4 in order to achieve an optimal arrangement for saving space. The housing 20 should not protrude in the oblique position to the planes of the side walls: of the counterweight.
The training, the idler assembly. 6 with two rope pulleys 21a, 21b arranged side by side is advantageous both for guiding the counterweight 4 and for loading the individual rope pulleys. However, the space advantages resulting from the invention also result from a support roller arrangement consisting of a single center
CH 714 867 A1 mounted on the counterweight 4 rope pulley or more than two pulleys, if it is designed according to the invention as a pendulum roller, which is pivotable on the underside about an axis, parallel to the axis of rotation of the drive roller.
The invention is sufficiently demonstrated with the illustrated exemplary embodiments. However, it could also be illustrated by other variants. For example, the cable could be routed around castors on the top of the cabin.
The cable could also be on without rollers. the cabin or the counterweight. With such a construction would then instead of; Rope pulley of the support roller arrangement uses a rope end fastening on the counterweight, which would be arranged on the underside about an axis parallel to the rail axis of the counterweight in a manner analogous to the pivot axis 22.
